My “carte blanche”
Thierry Massard asked me a “few” months ago to try out writing about the netlabel scene and its history. I decided that I would write a small article about it but I finally noticed I couldn’t really sum it up in one article only so I’ve finally written three articles. One about the demoscene, the other about the tracking scene and finally, the netlabel scene.
Of course, everybody has lived it a different way, I’m simply sharing my experience and my thought about what I think is the main history of the netlabel scene and the scene it comes from.
The first of these short articles is about the 80s, the demoscene and how making music on your computer wasn’t as common as nowadays.
